Production
How every pack is made
Ace oils are produced in Nigeria by Crescent Resources Fluid Ltd. and follow the same path from base oil to your engine.
-
01
Virgin base oil
Every Ace oil starts with highly refined virgin base oil. No recycled or re-refined oil goes into the blend.
-
02
Selected additives
Proven additive packages are chosen for each grade, to meet OEM and API specifications such as API SL/CF, CF-4 and CI-4.
-
03
Blending
Base oil and additives are blended into each grade, from SAE 30 monogrades to 5W-30 fully synthetic, gear oils, hydraulic oils and ATF.
-
04
Quality control
Rigorous quality-control checks are run on every batch before it leaves the plant.
-
05
Filling and batch coding
Oil is filled into Ace packs, and every pack is printed with its batch number (BN) and production date (PD), so each one can be traced.
-
06
Certified and delivered
Certified under MANCAP, the finished packs go out through our distributors to workshops, fleets, farms and factories across Nigeria.
Traceable
Every pack carries its batch
Look at the shoulder of any Ace pack and you will find the batch number and the date it was produced. It is how we trace each pack back to its production run, and how you know the oil you are buying is fresh.
